FinalCall is designed for personal, non-commercial home-buying decisions. You agree to use FinalCall only for its intended purpose and in compliance with these guidelines.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or scrapers to access or use FinalCall.
• Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI model, prompts, or underlying technology.
• Scrape or copy FinalCall output for bulk use without permission.
• Use FinalCall to generate content that impersonates real estate professionals, agents, or appraisers.
• Use FinalCall to create misleading or deceptive content for commercial purposes.
• Circumvent or bypass rate limits or access restrictions.

Rate Limits and Service Restrictions

We place rate limits on FinalCall to ensure fair access for all users. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent restriction of your access. If you need higher usage limits, contact us at hello@fieldassembly.net.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and restrict or deny access to anyone who violates these policies. Violations may result in immediate suspension of access, without notice or refund.
